Steve and his crew have been a tremendous resource for fitting bicycles to humans, thanks! There is a method for correcting left AIC I found on YouTube through PRI (“Postural Restoration Institute”) practitioners, chiefly https://www.youtube.com/@NealHallinan. Doing Steve’s marching in place test I did a full turn within a minute… It was also very evident in bike fit. I used various techniques from Steve’s blogs, magnets, eye closing and so forth which helped but required a lot of maintenance and sometimes backfired. Using Neal’s techniques on his channel was the ticket and the release of left psoas took place within a minute of self treatment (jaw/molar/eye sense). This method (for me) lasts longer and is easy to repeat as needed and self check is a breeze. This has been a huge relief improving not just stance and balance on bike but breathing and core function. Shooting a video of my position shows my hips and shoulders level as can be. Also, off the bike it has been a blessing for playing drum set, skiing, running, hiking and maintaining good balance or posture. Just thought I would share this. STILL A PRIME MEMBER. Thanks. Neal has many videos on this subject, so he gets real nerdy like Steve does! haha.
