These high quality insoles are available in a range of sizes to suit cycling shoes from size 37 to size 48. Each size is available in three arch heights: Low, Neutral and High. Sof Soles have a pronounced heel cup and outstanding rear foot support with the underside of the heel cup and arch support being semi rigid.

Tips and advice
- If you have feet that are E width or wider, it is best to use a Sof Sole one-size larger than your cycling shoe size and cut it down to length. The upper lip of the deep heel cup of Sof Soles can put uncomfortable pressure on the underside of the rearmost portion of the arch for E width and wider feet. Going up a size (longer and wider) and trimming to length to suit avoids the problem
