THANK YOU JEFF ROBERSON

We get a lot of requests for help from the northern hemisphere. Many people cannot visit us in person and I attempt to do what I can via video. Sometime ago a gent from Hawaii named Jeff Roberson tracked me down. I don’t even remember what the issues Jeff had were or whether I was able to help. Today a package arrived from Hawaii. Jeff is a proud Hawaiian and felt that the local produce should be sampled by someone living south of the equator. It appears that I am that person, soJeff, thank you very much for your thought and generosity. I am a macadamia nut addict but I don’t drink coffee. That doesn’t matter though, because Geoff, our pastry cooking, electronics guru turned bike mechanic, lists quality coffee as one his “no compromise” working conditions. He even bought our coffee machine. All we have to do is fill it for him.
