Bontrager shoes use a defeatured version of the eSole modular arch support system. The Bontrager version comes with a single, very low arch support module and no metatarsal pads. The Bontrager arch module is so low as to be useless for 99 percent of cyclists.
The eSoles eFit Bontrager Upgrade Kit addresses that problem with the four heights of arch support and two heights of metatarsal pads that Bontrager doesn’t include as standard with its shoes.
